Emma’s unique Breathing Optimisation Classes will increase your lung function, improve your flexibility, build your confidence, and enhance your body’s ability to utilise oxygen.

TERM ONE: January: 8th | 15th | 22nd | 29th | February: 5th WORKSHOP 25TH JANUARY
TERM TWO: March: 5th | 12th | 19th | 26th | April: 2nd | 9th | 16th | 23rdWORKSHOPS: 15 MARCH (ONE HOUR) 26TH APRIL (TWO HOURS)
Students are also welcome to join any breathing class with an individual ‘pay-as-you-go’ pass (see below)
