If you are looking to improve sports performance, or are searching for natural ways to manage stress, anxiety, or cope with lung-related disease or conditions, these regular classes have a broad range of exercises proven to help.

Classes can be booked individually or as a term, and are suitable for all levels

As with all of Emma’s online classes, if you are unable to attend the live session you can still pay for the session and we will send you access to a recording directly afterwards, which will be available for 30 days.

Emma will be running a live online Breathing Optimisation & yoga nidra workshop. The class will cover a broad range of breathing exercises and will end with deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

1 hour workshop (8 - 9 pm - live or recording, whichever you prefer).

Emma will be runninig a live online, one hour workshop specifically targetting relaxation and sleep.

This workshops are suited for all levels and is designed to improve breathing and relaxation.
